How do I contact the team at fine?
Email us at info@finebeauty.pt or send us a message on Instagram @finewegotyou. We respond on business days, usually within 24 hours.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Once the order has been placed, we can no longer change or cancel it. So, before you check out, please confirm the address, the items, and the quantities.
Do you ship outside of Portugal?
Yes, we ship to Europe and the United Kingdom. Outside the European Union, customs duties may apply, and these are the responsibility of the recipient.
How do I get free shipping?
For orders over €50 to mainland Portugal, we cover the shipping costs.
How do I return an item?
You have 14 days from the date of delivery. Just fill out the contact form, and we’ll take care of the rest. If you’ve changed your mind, you’re responsible for the return shipping costs. For hygiene reasons, we only accept unopened products with the seal intact.
Is " fine " vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes, our products are vegan, and none of them are tested on animals.
How long will it take to arrive?
- Mainland Portugal and Spain: 1 to 2 business days
- Azores and Madeira: 2 to 5 business days
- Rest of Europe: 3 to 7 business days
If you choose a pickup location, we'll let you know when your order arrives there.

How much is shipping?
For orders over €50 in mainland Portugal, shipping is free. For orders under that amount, or if we’re shipping to another country, the cost depends on the destination and will be displayed on checkout before you pay. On checkout , you can also choose to have your order delivered to your home or to a pickup location near you.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order leaves the warehouse, you'll receive an email with a link to track it. If you chose a pickup location, we'll also let you know when it's ready for pickup. If you can't find the email, check your spam folder or contact us.
