Welcome to fine. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the www.finebeauty.pt website and the purchase of our products. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. About Us

The website and the fïne brand are owned by APRUMADO NENÚFAR, LDA., NIPC 519 112 091, with its headquarters at Edifício Diogo Cão, Doca de Alcântara Norte, 1350-352 Lisbon. In this document, “we” and “fine” refer to this company.

2. Products and Orders

  • All products are subject to availability.
  • The ingredients and instructions for use for each product are listed on the product page and on the packaging.
  • Colors may vary slightly depending on the screen.
  • Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed or canceled. We recommend that you confirm the shipping address, products, and quantities before paying.
  • These products are intended for personal use. We may cancel orders that appear to be for resale, with a full refund.

3. Prices and Payment

  • Prices are in euros and include VAT.
  • We accept payment by credit/debit cards, MBway, and other methods listed on checkout.
  • All transactions are secure and encrypted. fine does not have access to your full card information.
  • If a price is clearly incorrect due to a computer error, we will contact you before shipping. You can pay the correct price or cancel the order.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Orders are shipped from Portugal to the countries listed on checkout.
  • You can have it delivered to your home or pick it up at a pickup location.
  • Shipping is free on orders over €50 to mainland Portugal. In all other cases, the shipping cost is listed on the web checkout.
  • Delivery times are estimates.
  • Outside the European Union, customs duties may apply, which are the customer's responsibility.
  • If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us with your order number and photos.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • You may return products within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original condition. To do so, please fill out the contact form or email info@finebeauty.pt.
  • For hygiene reasons, if a product is opened or used beyond what is necessary to evaluate it, the refund will be reduced in proportion to the loss in value. In the case of used products, this reduction may amount to the full price of the product.
  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • We will refund the cost of the products and the original shipping charges within 14 days, using the same payment method. We may wait until we receive the products before issuing the refund.

6. Defective Products

The products come with a 3-year warranty. If you receive a defective product or one that is different from what you ordered, please contact us and we will exchange the product or issue a refund. In these cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.

7. Promotions and Discounts

  • Promotions are valid for the specified period and may end without prior notice.
  • You can use only one discount code per order, unless otherwise specified.
  • The codes cannot be combined, nor can they be exchanged for cash.

8. Product Safety

  • Fïne products are not intended for children and should be kept out of their reach.
  • If you have sensitive skin or allergies, check the list of ingredients before use.
  • If irritation occurs, discontinue use and contact us. If necessary, consult a healthcare professional.

9. Intellectual Property

The brand name " fine," the logo, the text, the images, and all content on this website are the property of fïne. They may not be copied or used without our written permission.

10. Privacy

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Complaints

  • You can send any complaints to info@finebeauty.pt or use the Online Complaint Form at www.livroreclamacoes.pt.
  • In the event of a dispute, you may contact the CNIACC (www.cniacc.pt) or the Lisbon Consumer Dispute Arbitration Center (www.centroarbitragemlisboa.pt).

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. If you live in another country, you retain the consumer rights guaranteed to you by the laws of that country.
